Youth Club

What better way to teach children about responsibility, sportsmanship and other life skills than through owning a Paint horse. Indiana youth are motivated through shows, awards and community service projects. We start them at leadline and encourage participation through their 18th year.

The youth club in Indiana is over 30 members strong enjoying many activities throughout the year. Of course these members all enjoy getting together and competing at the summer shows but they also enjoy the annual meeting, banquet and dancing at the end of the year.

An annual event is always the auction to raise money at the banquet. This year's club is working hard at being able to send some representatives to the National Convention Youth Workshop.

Many of the youth in this state show beyond the paint shows at the 4-H and local shows to display to others throughout the state the ability of their paint companions. The youth club will meet the first show of every month this show season immediately after the youth halter classes.
